GUC pencil skirt. Measure: 22” length and 28” waist. Unlined skirt made of 97% cotton and 3% spandex. Pet and smoke free home. No rips or tears. Some very light discoloration to waist line (from storage) that will easily be removed with laundering or dry cleaning.
