tracykline5 @pattiforsman Hi there. I added some pictures so you can see the fabric better. The top is cotton/t shirt material and the ruffle is rayon. I should mention the tag is gone but I never wore this.

tracykline5 @pattiforsman Top to bottom of the arm opening is about 9 inches. Without stretching the opening taught it is about 8 inches. you may want a cami underneath.
