J Crew ruffle-neck/shoulder dress, XS, convertible

The color of this dress is “mushroom,” and it’s a heathery beige-ish. The neckline is ruffled and you can sort of play with it to wear it regular or on/off one shoulder (maybe both? I haven’t worn it in ages). It’s super versatile. Belated waist and flowy skirt. Hits just below my knees.
