J Crew scalloped blouse

Scalloped all the way around the blouse/all the way up the tulip back(see 2nd photo). Well made- fully lined. The tag says size XS. But it is too big to be a XS. I am listing it as a size small..and I think even if you are a size medium it would work for you. So you can judge: The armpit---armpit measurement is 19.5 inches.
