J. Crew seashell atterned tube top

Cotton. White lining. Seaming under bust. Hook and zipper side opening. There are slits on each side about 2" long. There are ribbons or something on the inside, I suppose for hangers, but one is torn. Measured flat across the top, seaming, and length is about 14." The hips flow out another inch.
