J Crew seersucker sleeveless dress, size 2, but runs a tad big so could also easily fit a size 4. This dress is in EUC. Only worn a couple of times and shows zero signs of wear. The shell is 97% cotton/3% elastase and the white shell underneath is 100% polyester. It is classic blue and white seersucker material. Comes from a smoke and pet free home.

gratefulsmiles With dress laid fully flat, pls tell me the PIT to PIT measurement (18.5 inches? 19 inches? or??) and the WIDTH measurement straight across the waistline seam (16inches? 15.5 inches? or??)
