Cute but plain strapless dress from J. Crew, petite 4. Nice chocolate brown color on seersucker that can be dressed up with fun sashes or belts. The shirt is cut on the bias and the strapless collar has a rubber lined elastic. Wore this with a fuchsia belt and silk scarf to a casual summer wedding.
