J. Crew silk dress

Jcrew silk dress, size 8, white/gold stripes, sweetheart top, strapless, wore once to a wedding, dry cleaned and put away, I just noticed there is a very small spot on the dress, as pictured, not sure if it washes off. The label on dress needs to be stitched back on or pulled off (as pictured).
