J. Crew size 4 party formal dress in beautiful blue

This is a beautiful summer formal/bridesmaid/party dress in the "in" color this season: Aegean blue. It is NWT but has a dark spot/stain on the front reflected in price. Please see photo. It is not really noticeable because of the flowy silk chiffon fabric and might even come out with dry cleaning!
