J Crew sleeveless Tiffany Blue Blouse

This is a gorgeous double layered sleeveless blouse. The blouse has stretch but the cut is tailored and feminine look. The collar is ruffled and stands up around the neck. I love the blouse however it does not accommodate my 36DD bra size, the buttons pull apart enough that I don't wear it. My loss your gain! Great top😍
