J Crew striped long sleeve crew neck top

White and blue striped long sleeve crew neck top with ruffle accents and tie at neck back. Material not shown but it feels like cotton, and most of J. Crew’s clothes are cotton. Worn less than five times, like brand new, no signs of wear, tear or any staining. No makeup or armpit stains. I always wear under shirts so my tops are always clean & don’t need washing.
