@mkfigeley so I am not sure if it's 100% cashmere, it doesn't feel like it but it appears that I took the tag off because it was itching my neck. It has a nice feel to it though. From side to side it's 16 in. I hope that helps some! Feel free to make an offer! I love this sweater it just doesn't fit anymore :(

@mkfigeley I just remeasured it according to the directions on google. It says measure and double the number. I stretched it out, not to its full potential but just a little and it was 18in which would make it 36. Not sure if you're still interested but I believe it would work great! No worries if not :)
