J Crew watercolor pleated skirt

This is a beautiful J Crew skirt in an eye-catching print with beautiful pleat details. Very special piece- works with black tights in the winter or no tights in warmer climates. Tried to capture some of the beautiful detail and craftsmanship in the video. No tags, but never worn because I could never make it work for me. Time to let it go.
