sharon_novack @blissfulclouds sorry for late response - this vest is like new - I know when my daughter got it she had “planned” to wear it but never did - I am not sure where she got it though - if she removed tags or got it from someone else! The only thing I do notice is some makeup on the collar so I am going to throw this into the washing machine today!
