J. Crew wrap dress, size L, NWT!

beautiful light blue dress with white polka dots. wrap style, but with good coverage at the chest, and quality fabric that isn't very see through. I love the fit of the dress, but the pattern isn't quite for me! dress down with flats or sandals for day, or add heels for a dressier look. brand new with tags. never worn.
