J F W Black Sleevless Belted Dress 2X

This is one of those dresses that look better on then hanging. Stylish black deep V bodice is sleevless. Fabric content is a polyester rayon blend with 5%spandex and has a fixed belt which requires hand washing. This is a pre-owned garment but in excellent condition.
