J Jill brown skirt... dress up, or down. Boho, festival, or dressy night out. Stretchy waistband plus side zip. Nylon netting outer layer, with applique detailing, cotton lining. Tag says XSP, but I wear a large, and I wore it just fine, so I'm listing it as a medium. But please check measurements. :) Approx measurements: waist: 14" across unstretched/18" fully stretched length: 32"
