Hi, Is the length measurement taken from the shoulder or the neck? Any flaws, pilling etc? Thank you!

@shortstop002 hello! The length from middle of back neck to bottom is 26 1/4. Middle of shoulder to back bottom is 25 3/4. It looks brand new. I bought it on here and only tried it on and never wore it. It’s a large and I usually wear an XL.
