J. Jill Floral Blouse Long Flowing Comfortable L XL fit

J.Jill blouse is lovely over leggings because it's cut long like a tunic, or over slacks. Dressy enough for the office or out to dinner. Made of light fabric, but double layered. First layer measures x 27" long, down from shoulder, bottom layer goes down to 31". Approx 19" across chest, not pulled.
