J. Jill Halter Dress XS

Powder blue halter dress with black and white floral pattern, mustard accent on leaves. Fabric has a crepe feel to touch. Dress is A-line with 10" ruffle at the bottom of the skirt. Skirt is lined with polyester. No pockets. Button closure at base of neck. Dress is 41” long and 21” wide at waist when laying flat. Measurements are approximate. Dress it up with a belt or wear loose for casual look. Hangs below knee on 5'6" model. Lightly use, no visible wear. Owner does not use scented detergents or perfume and is a non-smoker.
