These pants are size 8 and have a waist tie. I am a size 4 or 6 and they fit me nicely but if you wear a larger size they will still fit. The elastic at the waist is a bit worn but the tie helps adjust them to your fit. The material is thinner than regular jeans but still looks and feels great!
