J Jill Stretch Midi Pencil Ponte Skirt

Straight skirt with wide elastic band at top and small split in back. Thick and warm for winter. Like new, only worn a couple of times, no pills, picks or stains. Very soft material. I’m 5’2 and it hits me abt 2 inches below my knees.
