This is not flannel, but it almost feels like it is it is cotton and is made of two layers so the inside is a different plaid than the outside. When you roll the sleeves up, you get the other plaid. From shoulder seem to the bottom of the tail is about 31 inches. It is about 22 inches across measured from armhole to armhole laying flat.
