J Kara Women's 3/4 Scallop Beaded Pop Over Gown

Like New with Neckline Alteration ONLY. This dress was worn once for a wedding (perfect mother of the bride dress!) and is still in pristine condition. The body of the dress has NOT been altered and still fits like a Women’s 18 per size chart pictured. ONLY the neckline has been altered to be more modest and not drape down as drastically (fitted for petite shoulders). The length was NOT altered. The dress is meant to hit at the ankles for someone with standard height. My mom is 5’2” and the hem skims the ground with 1” heels. No other alterations made. Reasonable offers welcome.
