Excellent condition! 2.5" velvet waistband. There's a ruffle down one side of the front. Back zipper and 6" vent. The fabric doesn't have any stretch to it. See measurements. 100% Wool, Lining: 100% Acetate. Dry clean only. Waist: 14” across, Length: 21", Hips: 18.5" across.
