J. McLaughlin Tiered Lace black Skirt

I love this skirt, but I don’t wear it as much anymore. It’s an older J. McLaughlin piece that still has life in it. The lace is super delicate and is slightly frayed in some places but it could be fixed (or even worn as is, as I have!). I’m unsure if it’s a size Xs or 0 as I purchased this a while back and found the size tag to be uncomfortable.
