This is a J McLaughlin, floral skirt size 4 with a white background with aqua, deeper blue ,a yellow and gray floral print. it has two front pockets with a smaller pocket within the right one. There are four buttoned belt loops, which can accommodate a belt, but does not need one .this is 57% cotton, 38% modal and 5% spandex and is machine washable
