Peterman dress is luscious! The bottom (almost) half is burnout velvet, the top is solid. The burnout design looks sort of Art Deco floral to me. The shell is 76% Rayon, 24% Silk with 100% Silk lining. Sleeveless. Breast darts. Zips up the back. This dress is in excellent condition! Laid flat to measure and NOT stretched.
