J. Peterman ivory colored silk flapper dress with permanent bejeweled waist broach and separate, long neck sash. Dress came out during the Downton Abbey popularity and fits right in with dresses from the Edwardian and flapper periods. Technically, this dress is NWOT, but has been packed away getting wrinkles for some time. No rips, tears, stains, etc...in excellent condition. 100% silk outer with 100% acetate lining.
