Reposhing this item I purchased from @liiibbyyy. Loved it, but I’m 5’2” it’s several inches too long for me. Waist ~ Elastic 14” flat, stretches to 18” Length ~ 46” Could be trimmed to personalize length with a raw hem. Sheer tuille. Would look good over leggings or another skirt.
