J crew chambray dress nwot

Gorgeous summer dress blue chambray material with a floral/circle pattern. Cinches at the waist with nice ruffles on the bottom. I love this dress so much but it does run slightly big so it doesn’t fit well on me. Never worn- always thought I would get it hemmed! Perfect for anyone who is on the taller side and a true size large.
