J crew jeweled off shoulder top

Worn once. Like new. Material is soft and somewhat stretchy (100% cotton). Seersucker background with dark blue and white striped and adorable teal colored jewels on front. Sleeves have the cutest ties. Shirt could be worn on shoulders but made for off shoulders. Sad to be selling it because it looks and feels adorable but I just don’t wear it enough.
