@rowena0425 Please forgive the tardy reply! It’s 18” across the chest. I also noticed a small stain in doing that measurement so dropped the price in half.

Well I have a small chest so the chest is not the problem lol I have a similar one in a different color that is size 4 and fits me quite big..

@nathanpink Hmmmmm. I suppose you could try a different style blouse in a 00 from jcrew? So hard to know without trying! I’m flexible somewhat with price but I know it’s hard without returns.
