J crew striped top neon needlework small

Very nice condition. Heavier weight 100% cotton. The neon is embroidered to look like needlework size small elbow length sleeves. Pit to sleeve end approx 8 1/2”. Pit to pit approx pit to pit approx 18 1/2”. Top mid shoulder to bottom hem approx 24” hand wash cold lay flat dry. The stripe to me is a black shade or a deep deep navy and a cream background. Accents are all neon shades.
