sharealike @j_kid Hello! Honestly I go by the shoe markings. These are an 8 medium width. Usually tennis shoes run a tad bigger but every foot different. They are exceptional shoes and rare w/ their design. I wear an 8-8.5 and they fit me good. Take care! Cher @SHAREALIKE
