designs_01 @tophair Hi, as your “eyes” here, I have inspected the shoes from top to bottom. They are new and no defects. I purchased, because I thought they looked comfortable, but also had a wedge heel and promptly grew out of them (and all my other 9 1/2). I looked at my photos to see what you might have thought was a problem and there is a wedge cut into heel by the maker so I took a close-up for you. I will go into listing and add pic!

designs_01 2nd msg. I added the close-up pic of the heel so you could see the layers. my original photo angle might’ve looked like a crack in the heel.
