The cutest dress ever! Off-shoulder with the best sleeves and I am obsessed with the print. It's just too short for me, I am 5'10". This dress is in excellent used condition without flaws however I noticed some discoloration on the belt, it's purple and mostly blends into the pattern though. See last photo for one spot, I found two spots like this though. Waist and top off-shoulder part stretch with elastic. Super feminine and flattering! Best suited for not-tall gals! Measurements, laid flat: pit to pit: 22" length: 24.5" (I measured from the center of the top which hits at the chest because this is off-shoulder so don't compare the length to something measured from the shoulder) length from waist to bottom hem: 13.5" Can fit a size small, just check the length.
