Denim jean jacket by Chico's. This is a cotton/polyester/spandex blend jacket. It has long sleeves and no lining. The sleeves have 4" zippers at the cuffs. Around the waist of the jacket there is a zipper that is for decoration purpose. It does not separate the bottom from the top of the jacket. There is a slight flair from the bottom of the waist zipper. There are no closures on the front. It is SIZE CHICO'S 0, which according to the Chico's size charge (see last picture) would be XS. However it does look more like a SMALL size to the eye. Please see pictures with measurements and below for your fit.
