Jacket / Blazer style from INC - International Concepts. This is a nice blazer style jacket in a rich brown color. It feels and looks like a soft velour. It has long sleeves with buttons at the cuff. There is an attached "belt" for decoration that goes through loops in the back and it attached in the front - for decoration. There are no pockets. There are two buttons. They are rhinestone encrusted. The collar is a basic notched collar. It is a cotton jacket. It is SIZE X-LARGE - but LOOKS LIKE IT COULD RUN SMALL.
