vistacourt Received the avitar dress and it's an xl, not a large but there is no way even someone with a flat chest could wear this, is there anyway i could return or possibly get a discount?

deidra_ro @vistacourt - I am so sorry to hear it does not fit you, I want shoppers to love the items they purchase from my closet ☹️ I listed it as a L because it seemed too small to be advertised as an XL. I have never had anyone ask to return or a post sale discount so had to find and read Poshmark’s customer support Q&A...

deidra_ro @vistacourt - I can’t find anything that says there is or is not a way for a seller to reduce the price after an items has been sold so I will have to email customer support to find out anything more about that option. I t was much easier to find information about the other option you asked about (returning), you should check out their support/help info because it explains how the return policy works. ☹️ Again, I’m sorry the dress doesn’t work for you.

deidra_ro @vistacourt - Thanks for being understanding. I wrote to Poshmark support yesterday to ask if I could reduce the price of the dress and explained the situation. I received a reply that didn’t address price reduction but instead just basically advised that buyers need to contact Poshmark support if they have any concerns about a purchase (email didn’t say it but I think you may need to contact them before end of the 3 day purchase acceptance period).
