courtiekristine @aiyanarosebloom Hi There! Sorry for the delay: there is no tag stating what the fabric is, but it feels like cotton. The bust, pit to pit, is 19". Length is 46". Hope that helps!

courtiekristine @aiyanarosebloom The elastic is 13". It stretches to 23". This is laid flat. For perspective. Im a size 12 and it fits me big.
