The only thing is that the rubber ear piece of ANC mic is a bit squished, NOT defective. You can still adjust for the ANC (active noise cancelling)

thomasa297 @manay1 thank you! I believe the cord on the left is the one I was concerned about. It should have one orange angled end both 3.5mm with a volume and mute control in the middle yeah? I know the other one on the right is the usb one
