This is the prettiest, most feminine chocolate brown & white polka dot chiffon v neck midi dress with a moderately deep v neck trimmed in a ruffle of the chiffon & continues in a single strip down from the point of v to about 2-4 inches passed the waist on the midsection. There are some defining seams in the bust area, creating a very structured feminine bust. short sleeves are constructed out of multiple strips of the polka dotted chiffon, creating a gorgeous puff of rufflely goodness.lol.
