Vintage JC Penney Nana's Pet Retro Toddler Girl Blue and White Dress with Red Bow Tie Size 3 This is a vintage JC Penney Nana's Pet retro style 1980s Toddler Girl Blue and White Dress with Red Bow Tie Size 3. It looks like it was rarely used. Great vintage girls dress. The dress looks like a jumper on top, with a long sleeved white top with tiny blue flowers. The shirt has a red bow tie and it is attached to the blue dress. The blue dress has a white floral appliqué on the front, and a ruffled bottom. There is lace trim around the neck, the sleeve cuffs, and on the bottom of the dress. It also has side sash ties and ties in the back, and a button back closure.
