JC Penny Vintage Womens Small Lace Sleeves Shoulders Ruffles 90s 80s

Pretty good condition no holes, only has a couple spots. One on the lace by the neck There is some yellowing but I'd say this is atleast 50 years old, so it's kind of expected. The lace isn't yellowing I think it's more of the fabric under the lace. The fabric isn't stretchy This is pretty small I'd say it fits a size 2, maybe a 4 but definitely compare measurements. my measurements are just measuring across with the dress laying flat
