JCP Cashmere Blend Sweater

Soft, thinner turtleneck sweater with cute stripes. Purchased from JC Penny. Loved the style but cannot handle a turtleneck. There is one snag/loose thread in front of the towards bottom. See pictures. I think it can be snipped off but not certain. Worn and washed a few times but besides the snag, in good condition. Measurements in photos. Smoke free, cat 🐈 🐈‍⬛friendly home.
