JCPenney dress periwinkle blue asymmetrical split sleeve gown maxi cowl neck

this dress is very long which is why I was unable to take a full length picture of it. size (4p) but this does not appear to be very petite sleeves are split open & sheer skirt portion is asymmetrical, and shorter in the rear condition this is used and has a few minor snags. has been stored in plastic all these years measurements length 53 from shoulder to hem chest approximately 36" but can stretch some waist approximately 34" but can stretch length from underarm to hem 45.5"
