This is a nice J. CREW Velvet Swiss Dot Shift Dress. It has a black ponte knit material, felt polka dot pattern, is not lined, rear zip, elastic waist, is sleeveless and shift or sheath style. Hits about at the knee. In great condition, does have some minor wear, some of the felt is coming off on a few of the dots.
