This black blazer is beautiful and in excellent condition. The only flaw is that the fabric and size tags have been cut out. However, I found this exact blazer and the fabric is 100% wool. I also believe that it is a size 4 or 6 / Medium. I am a solid size 6 and a medium at J.Crew and it fit me perfectly. It is incredibly flattering. If I had any need of a blazer, I would definitely be keeping it (unfortunately I don't need to wear a blazer with my usual day to day leggings very often!) Otherwise it is in beautiful condition. It is marked as a petite, but it does not necessarily fit super petite. Check measurements to see! This is perfect for any professional environment -- great career piece.
