lycarol03 @chloestrunk I just have to deal with it and go on, but I think when I look in the mirror, I look how thin I used to be in my head, so it’s hard to see all of the weight I’ve gained. But I’m on the couch almost all day, so I can’t exercise like I used to. Sounds like we could have our own support group

chloestrunk @lycarol03 The biggest life changer for me was weight lifting. Doing squats on the smith machine took a lot of weight off. I’m no expert but wanna encourage people to try it. 🌞

lycarol03 @chloestrunk I know, I’m 50 and used to workout for hours and was a size 2, now I ballooned out to 8-10. It’s hard to live with that. I’m sorry, I just keep talking, and it sounds like a pity party. Thank you!
